Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Introduce potential vendors who have the capabilities to deliver on time in full quality first time right and proven quality track record.
- Developing new vendors across Nation for different purchase requirements.
- Familiarization of mechanical process like sheet metal fabrication turning drilling both on conventional and modular machines
- Request for quotation price negotiation purchase order release followup material handover to stores resolving inline production issues.
- Departmental objective analysis.
- Daily demonstrate & review system implementation.
- Weekly and monthly plan Implementation by suppliers to meet delivery dates.
Work location: B42 Industrial Estate Sanath Nagar Hyderabad Telangana 500018
Requirements
Desired Candidate:
- To identify sustain vendor for mechanical parts
- To hand and held vendor up to the first off production at vendor place
- To rate vendor based on quality delivery time.
- To give inputs to vendor for rectifying late deliveries.
- To sustain support and bring improvements at vendor place.
- To improve productivity and reduce cost
- Experience in Special Process like heat treatment. surface treatment & Platting
Educational qualification:
- Diploma/ B Tech(Mechanical)
Experience: 712 years
