Job Description

About the Role

You ll help drive the digital transformation of Flanders by improving internal processes and

supporting the Data Platform initiative which ensures data is reliable accessible and

secure for better service delivery and decisionmaking.

Our Technical Environment

Agile methodologies: Scrum Kanban

Tools: Jira Confluence CI/CD Kubernetes OpenShift

Technologies: AWS Azure .NET Java

DevOps support: Dedicated teams for automation and scaling.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.

Background in infrastructure or development projects.

Scrum Master/Agile Coach certification.

Strong knowledge of Agile principles and SCRUM methodology.

Experience with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.

Excellent ability to facilitate and coach teams.

Fluent in Dutch (CEFR level C2).
