Job Description
One of our clients is seeking a HVAC Trainer for their manufacturing facility in the Abbotsford BC region.
Shift Day
Pay $95$100k
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging informative handson training sessions in classrooms training labs and customer locations.

Develop and implement a unique teaching style focused on adult learning principles to enhance participant engagement and retention.

Design create and update training curriculum including presentations handson exercises and supporting materials.

Continuously review and update materials to reflect changes in product features technology and industry standards.
-
Create training webinars and recorded instructional videos for online access and internal use.
-
Stay current with heating and HVAC product knowledge including heat pumps refrigeration systems and other related technologies.

Serve as a subject matter expert for Viessmann or equivalent products and solutions.

Assist with the upkeep and maintenance of training labs and mobile training equipment.

Conduct maintenance checks and service mobile demonstration units ensuring readiness for training sessions.

Work closely with the sales product development and marketing teams to align training programs with company objectives.

Provide feedback and recommendations to improve product usability and functionality.

Take on additional responsibilities as required to support business objectives.
Required:
-
5 years of experience in the heating industry or a similar role.
-
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems including heat pumps and refrigeration.

Experience in developing and delivering educational training programs.

Proficiency in creating training materials (e.g. presentations handson exercises).

Public speaking or presentation experience.

Selfmotivated and eager to continuously develop skills and knowledge.
