- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
- Create and publish job ads in various portals.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Track hiring metrics including timetohire timetofill and source of hire.
- Design distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.
- Host and participate in job fairs.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Responsible for supervising the HR procedures as well as policies.
- Executing the employees annual review procedures.
- Maintaining a detailed record of the company s employees.

Requirements
- Min. 3 years Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills Team spirit
- Good written and verbal communications skills
- BSc in Human Resources Management Organizational Psychology Business Administration or relevant field

- Ability to manage time efficiently.
Strong command of English language, both written and verbal Experience in Adobe Premiere pro and Adobe after effects Ability to source content, match scripts, adapt clips and tell stories Social media platform knowledge (video formations / specs) Knowledge of news, sports, current affairs Multimedia degree of equivalent 1 + years of experience
