Position: Local Clinical Specialist LPN/RN

Job Description:
We are seeking a Local Clinical Specialist (LPN or RN) to provide essential nursing care to residents in Indiana focusing on infection control practices. This role involves assisting during patient surges and emergencies through mobile clinics. Ideal candidates will be proactive adaptable and committed to the public health mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite care services including vaccinations and testing.
- Maintain confidentiality and complete documentation of care provided.
- Travel across Indiana to various mobile clinic locations.
- Work independently and collaboratively with a mobile team.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control regulations.
Required Skills:
- Valid LPN or RN license (Indiana or NLC participating state).
- Knowledge of infection control practices and pointofcare testing.
- Ability to work without onsite supervision.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours including weekends.
