Days: Monday thru Friday one weekend a month
must live 50 miles away
As a member of an interdisciplinary team provides quality occupational therapy services through comprehensive evaluation program planning and administration of treatment to all patients. Performs detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral and will develop comprehensive age appropriate plans of care based on findings following occupational therapy evaluation. Accurately and appropriately documents patient treatment. Responds effectively to new and changing work assignments is a must.
BLS Required
Effective communication skills both verbal and written Required
OT Experience Required: 2 Years
Degree from an A.O.T.A. accredited school Required
OT License Required
