Job Description
As a Senior Web Engineer you will develop and maintain the QAD Redzone Web applications using Vue.js and TypeScript ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience for manufacturing frontline teams.
What you will need:
- Nature and scope of influence this position has on its area of responsibility/operation (When you write each key deliverable use actionoriented language to show how they achieve results)
- Develop and enhance manufacturing workflows in the Redzone Web applications.
- Complete delivery work committed during the sprint to achieve business goals.
- Help the business maintain a competitive edge by leveraging the latest Web technologies.
- Rely on feature flags to rapidly deploy and iterate on new features and lower the risk of delivering software to production.
- Provide subject matter expertise during incidents to resolve customer issues quickly.
- Participate in forums to explore interests outside of the sprint work and contribute ideas to continuously improve the system.
- Commit to the team to help the team and the wider business achieve our goals.
Qualifications :
What you need:
- 5 Web Development Including 3 Years of Vue
Computer skills (must haves):
- Strong Knowledgeable of Vue 3 and Typescript
- Experience with associated packages like Bun Deno or Nest.js
- CI/CD GitHub Actions
- APIfirst design using Open Api Spec (OAS)
- Comfortable developing RESTful APIs
- Writing Testable Code
- Trunk Based Development & Continuous Delivery
Nice to Have:
- BackendforFrontend (BFF) Systems Architectures
- Generating endpoints and models from OAS
- Comfortable developing serverside JavaScript with Node.js
- Launch Darkly Feature Flagging
- Docker
Other knowledge: Languages: JavaScript TypeScript
