Job Description
Prepares seasons and cooks all food items including but not limited to all meats seafoods vegetables and liquids by following Westgate recipes exactly for consumption in food outlets by performing the following duties.
Duties
- Ensure a high quality product and food preparation.
- Be able to identify butcher and cook all proteins to desired temp.
- Ability to learn and teach each job position quickly and efficiently.
- Being resilient under pressure.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications :
- High school diploma or general education degree GED.
- Food Handler Safety Training Card (Health Card).
- The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Follow instructions without close supervision.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Required to pass a background screen drug test and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
