Job Description
- Participate in regular workshops and meetings with external stakeholders such as the utility owners and the client and take meeting minutes.
- Participate in regular interactions/meetings with internal stakeholders such as the design consultants and take meeting minutes.
- Review design drawings means & methods drawings and contract documents.
- Understand design construction and commercial discussions and interface with each other.
- Maintain daily tracker of the communications and change orders.
- Perform thirdparty permit circulations and trackers.
Qualifications :
- Currently enrolled in a bachelors degree or diploma such as Civil Engineering/ Technologist / Construction Management.
- Capable of reading and understanding construction drawings and documents.
- Sound computer skills office 365.
- Ability to use AutoCAD Bluebeam and Google Earth Pro are an asset.
- Strong analytical skills and a problemsolving mindset; you embrace challenges!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; youre an effective communicator.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a team environment; youre adaptable!
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy; you ensure nothing is overlooked.
- Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary environment; you enjoy learning from various fields.
