As the Coordinator Training Scheduling Flight Crew you will be responsible for the scheduling of Flight Crew training to achieve optimum efficiency and effectiveness in satisfying the requirements of the applicable flying programs. Located within Workforce Planning this position will ensure compliance with the relevant CASA regulations industrial agreements and company policy.

Qualifications :
Develop document and manage processes to effectively deliver results to key stakeholders Operational experience in Aircrew Operations Commitment to develop & seek continuous improvement Demonstrated understanding of current Industrial Relations & commercial issues which impact on resourcing & scheduling Understanding of crew Enterprise Agreements and work rules is highly desirable High level of computer literacy & proficiency in company software Excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively under pressure Highly motivated
