Job Description

This position reports directly to the Director of People Operations.  Facilitates tasks and compliance from the candidates acceptance to the candidates orientation to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience. Introduces candidate to the Companys inclusive workplace culture and creates a favorable impression of the Company. Maintains compliance with federal state and local regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Works on the daytoday employee issues and enforces organization policies and practices
  • Provides administrative/clerical support to the human resources department and recruiting team
  • Oversees new hire onboarding/offboarding procedures including new hire paperwork employee orientation processing background checks and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly completed and submitted
  • Assists in organizing coordinating and executing human resource projects and processes for the organization
  • Creates and performs regular audits by generating reports to ensure accuracy and compliance and to accurately respond to HR data requests
  • Ensure candidate records reflect current work status and correct demographic information
  • Coordinate with the recruiting team and other support staff to ensure employees are adhering to local state and federal standards
  • Enter all new hire data ensuring the integrity of all data entered
  • Supports and executes the mission ethics and goals of the company effectively
  • Performs all other duties delegated by the Director of People Operations

Qualifications :

  • High attention to detail
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a fastpaced environment and maintain a high level of confidentiality 
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Proficient with computer applications and software
  • Previous office or data entry experience
