Job Description
- Identify potential 3rd party ODM who has capable to design and build NAND storage Products with Cost Competitive Advantage
- Collaborate with Procurement Product Management and Product Development Engineering to 3rd party ODM who is capable to provide Cost Leadership Products
- Maintain and Define a clear list of Product Portfolio Gaps for nonprime die qualification in 3rd Party ODM
- Overall Program Management for 3rd party ODM execution and develop metrics to measure success (i.e. cost savings achievement shorten time to market for new products)
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Bachelors Degree in fields like engineering business administration supply chain management or a related discipline.
- Solid Knowledge and Experience in 3rd party manufacturing ODM/JDM management (Consumer / Storage Product is preferrable)
- Familiar with Product Manufacturing Processes in Flash Storage Products and able to drive for both Yield and OTD performance
COMPETENCE:
The successful candidate should be equipped with strong product knowledge in Flash Storage Devices and also influencing skills to drive for business results. Able to create and manage the relationships with 3rd party manufacturers including negotiation and performance monitoring. Strong problemsolving skills to address any issues or problem statements and drive for processes improvement.
