Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a small cleaning crew across multiple nearby locations.
- Ensure cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards and completed on time.
- Communicate effectively with management reporting issues and requesting supplies as needed.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of cleaning experience with at least some in a leadership role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
