Job Description
Location: Englewood Cliffs NJ

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for providing individualized researchbased services while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. This role offers opportunities for professional growth handson program development and leadership within our center and inhome settings.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule: Work incenter Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM; once per week supervise inhome clients from 4:30 PM 6:30 PM.
- Conduct assessments (e.g. VBMapp AFLS Social Skills Solutions) to evaluate client needs.
- Develop and implement individualized researchbased client programs.
- Monitor and analyze client progress; make program updates as needed.
- Conduct weekly parent training meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Supervise interns and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) incenter and inhome.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and quarterly inservice training.
- Handle insurance correspondence including preauthorization requests.
- Oversee safety management protocols and ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Participate in cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized facility.
- Certification: Must hold BACB Certification.
- CPR/BLS Certification: Companypaid certification required.
- Clean criminal background check.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 40 pounds sit on the floor and be physically active as needed.
