Your Career
As an Order Operations Lead at Palo Alto Networks you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving operational excellence across order management and fulfillment processes. You will oversee and execute the endtoend QuotetoBill (QTB) process ensuring compliance maintaining order accuracy and supporting timely fulfillment while managing the efficient processing of a high volume of purchase orders. Acting as the teams subject matter expert you will provide strategic guidance to stakeholders resolve complex escalations and champion system enhancements and process improvements.
This role requires exceptional organizational skills a datadriven mindset and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic fastpaced environment. You will collaborate closely with managers to develop operational strategies optimize resources and uphold exceptional service standards while maintaining compliance with company goals and industry standards. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Order Operations at our Santa Clara headquarters you will play a critical role in advancing operational excellence and contributing to the teams overall success.

The Team
Our sales operation team members support our sales account managers and systems engineers to assist in large organizations migrations to more cybersecurity. Sales operations work behind the scenes to make sure that our sales relationships run smoothly enabling and empowering the teams across the world. You support the sales team by providing research reports and craft and support systems and processes that enable the process of sales. Its a true partnership one built on building the best cybersecurity solutions for each individual client.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level the starting base salary (for nonsales roles) or base salary commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $102000 $165000/YR.
