**Key Responsibilities:**

2. **Destination Research:** Research and identify suitable destinations and experiences that align with clients dreams and preferences. Consider factors such as climate culture activities accommodations and local attractions.
3. **Customized Itinerary Design:** Design bespoke vacation itineraries tailored to each clients unique preferences and interests. Incorporate handpicked accommodations immersive experiences sightseeing tours culinary delights and special surprises.
4. **Transportation Arrangements:** Arrange transportation options for clients including flights airport transfers rental cars private drivers and train tickets to ensure seamless travel logistics.
5. **Budget Management:** Work within clients budget parameters to create costeffective yet luxurious vacation experiences. Negotiate competitive rates special offers and valueadded amenities to maximize value without compromising quality.
