Job Description
We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Label Machine Operator to join our team for the 2nd shift (6pm 6am) at our facility in New Century United States. In this role you will be responsible for operating and maintaining label application equipment to ensure highquality product labeling.
- Set up operate and monitor label application machines for various products
- Ensure accurate and consistent label placement on products
- Perform quality checks to maintain labeling standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues
- Clean and maintain label machines and work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance
- Assist in inventory management of labeling materials
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers regarding production status and any issues
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience operating label machines or similar equipment in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work night shift hours (6pm 6am)
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Basic computer skills for data entry and recordkeeping
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Strong problemsolving skills to address minor equipment issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift certification preferred
- Familiarity with label application techniques and materials a plus
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes beneficial
- Understanding of manufacturing safety standards
