Delta Careers is seeking a passionate and experienced Career Coach to guide high school students through the Discover Program designed to help them explore potential career paths and develop critical skills. As a Career Coach you will mentor students in identifying their interests strengths and goals while providing personalized advice on academic and professional pathways.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate interactive sessions to help students discover and explore various industries and career options.
Provide individualized coaching on goalsetting career planning and skill development.
Assist students in building professional profiles including resumes and LinkedIn.
Offer insights on work experience programs internships extracurricular activities and courses to align with their career aspirations.
Collaborate with program coordinators to ensure an engaging and impactful experience.
Qualifications:
Strong background in career counseling education or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for mentoring.
Knowledge of current industry trends and college admissions processes.
Experience working with high school students is preferred.
