About the Role
As a Financial Analyst you will play a key role in consolidating financial results analyzing variances and preparing financial reports for senior management. You will also drive longterm planning and budgeting processes while collaborating with controllers to enhance financial performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate financial results and conduct variance analysis against budgets forecasts and prior years.
- Prepare financial reports for senior management providing insights for strategic decisionmaking.
- Drive longterm financial planning and budgeting processes.
- Collaborate with controllers to identify key actions to optimize financial performance.
- Support process improvements and digital transformation initiatives within financial reporting.
Who You Are:
We are looking for an analytical and detailoriented financial professional with a deep understanding of financial processes and reporting. You thrive in a problemsolving environment and have a passion for process improvements and digital innovation. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential as you will be working across teams to drive financial success.
Your Background:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance Accounting or Economics
Proficiency in SAP Excel Power BI and other financial tools
Experience in financial reporting planning and consolidation processes
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data effectively
Excellent communication skills and a proactive solutionoriented mindset
