About the Role
TF Bank AB is seeking a dynamic and handson professional to join our team as an NPL Manager. In this role you will form the strategy for managing and maximizing the value of TF Bank Groups NonPerforming Loan (NPL) portfolio. You will play a crucial role in building and leading a proactive skilled NPL management team equipped with tools to optimize our NPL operations. This position involves liaising with thirdparty collection agencies (3PC) negotiating Forward Flow and portfolio sales agreements and driving strategic initiatives in the NPL area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the NPL strategy ensuring effective management of the NPL portfolio.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee NPL portfolio activities including sales as oneoffs or through Forward Flow agreements to maximize value.
- Transaction Management: Lead endtoend transaction processesengaging investors structuring deals and overseeing due diligence and closure.
- ThirdParty Management: Collaborate with Debt Collection Agencies (DCAs) to enhance performance through datadriven strategies.
- Tool Development: Continuously evaluate and improve the banks NPL management toolkit to enhance operational efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Provide actionable insights from NPL collections data to support effective decisionmaking.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large complex transactions and projects in banking or NPLrelated field.
- Experience in structuring financial transactions.
- A degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics Statistics Economics or Computer Science /or a strong experience in financial sector.
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in analyzing Debt Collection Agencies performance to maximize collection efficiency.
- Excellent knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
