Job Description

The ideal candidate is a highenergy individual with exceptional organizational skills a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. The role may involve specialization in different types of travel such as leisure or business or by destination. Additionally the position includes promoting travel packages on behalf of cruise lines resorts and specialty travel groups.

Responsibilities:

1. Stay up to date on industry changes by obtaining supplier certifications.

2. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure attention to detail in all client interactions.

3. Recommend and demonstrate knowledge of popular vacation destinations around the globe.

4. Assist clients in planning travel experiences tailored to their specific needs.

5. Manage inquiries and bookings while maintaining accurate records.

6. Attend training sessions to remain knowledgeable about new trends and opportunities in the travel industry.
