As a Product Marketing Manager at Benify you will create marketing activities for parts of our product offerings. This could also include engaging in speaking engagements and producing written works. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute effective product marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive product adoption.We are seeking someone to join our German office in Munich.

Our Product Marketing team is on the rise and were looking for someone with experience to help us take it to the next level. Youll have the chance to make a real impact and contribute to our functions growth. You will be responsible for developing a gotomarket strategy for both new and existing products. To achieve this youll conduct extensive research gathering information from customers product teams marketing and sales teams. We are open to hiring someone for our office in Munich to take ownership and cover the German market moving forward while also working broadly across multiple markets.

In this role you will also:

• Develop compelling messaging and positioning that highlights our products unique value propositions.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand trends customer needs and competitive positioning.
• Create and implement comprehensive gotomarket strategies.
• Equip our sales team with the necessary tools resources and training to effectively sell our products. In this role youll play a key role in making them attractive to the sales team.
  

Personal Attributes
Youre a proactive selfstarter who excels at managing responsibilities independently and taking initiative. As a Product Marketing Manager youll lead the strategy for each feature or product you oversee confidently identifying opportunities and addressing challenges. A natural collaborator youll build strong relationships across departments and navigate organizational structures effectively. Youll take initiative and make decisions that keep projects on track while motivating your team members to achieve common goals. Your exceptional organizational skills allow you to juggle multiple projects simultaneously ensuring seamless collaboration and timely execution.

We also see that you have:

• A few years of experience in B2B Product Marketing.
• Experience in writing marketing copy and creating materials (e.g. presentations).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good stakeholder management and prioritization.
• Professional language skills in German written and spoken.
• You are fluent in English with outstanding verbal and written skills.
  
  

Its an extra if you also have...

• Experience in the Benefit Tech industry or SaaSexperience.
• You have a bachelors or masters degree in marketing communications business administration or similar.
