Tasks
As we expand our business were looking for a dynamic and motivated Founders Associate to join our team and work directly with the founders on highimpact initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity for a proactive detailoriented person to gain handson experience in a fastgrowing startup. As the Founders Associate youll wear many hats tackling a variety of challenges across operations marketing and finance. Youll work closely with the founders gaining insights into the inner workings of a startup while contributing to key projects.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Projects
- Collaborate directly with the founders on highpriority strategic initiatives.
- Be a sparring partner for the Leadership team for strategic and operational decisions and projects.
Operations Management
- Assist in daytoday operational tasks. Youll connect with leading software providers and expand our partner network.
- Plan and monitor progress follow up with partners and ensure timely execution of all tasks required so that our clients are successful.
Marketing Support
- Contribute to marketing campaigns including social media client outreach and fairs.
Finance & Investors Management
- Assist in managing finances and investors including invoicing accounting financial planning reporting etc.
Requirements
You are resilient creative and reliable. You dont give up and find new ways. Your qualifications include:
- A Bachelors degree in business administration business informatics or similar.
- First experience in a highly competitive environment such as Management Consulting Investment Banking Venture Capital or a highgrowth startup.
- A great deal of selfconfidence empathy and sensitivity in dealing with others.
- Selfstarter with a strong sense of ownership attention to detail and a nothingisimpossible attitude.
- A high level of enthusiasm for enterprise software and SaaS.
- A passion for new technologies and enthusiasm for working with our customers to solve IT decisionmaking problems.
- Business fluent in German and English.
- Ability to speak directly with customers suppliers partners and investors and take the initiative to get involved.
