Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for an HR Reporting Analyst to be responsible for analysing developing and delivering workforce planning reports including status and performance reporting enabling insights supporting key stakeholder requirements.

What you will need to do: 

  • Analyse develop and deliver workforce planning reports including status and performance reporting enabling insights supporting key stakeholder requirements.
  • Utilize power queries and power pivot to create interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Actively participate in the development of inhouse manpower planning modules
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships to understand workforce planning requirements across the regions; support the delivery of effective analytical insights.
  • Analyse data and provide recommendations that identify and resolve gaps within the workforce planning model.
  • Identify develop and implement workforce planning solutions for improving operational planning and capability processes enabling key stakeholders to achieve efficiencies and improvements.
  • Provide training on newly acquired functionalities and guidance on best practices to stakeholders on workforce planning reports and tools.
  • Facilitate crossregional communication on a weekly basis and ad hoc to ensure seamless workforce data sharing at different levels of the organization.

What you will need to have:

  • Up to 5 years experience as HR Analyst or HR Generalist/Officer.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration finance or economics.
  • Extensive experience analyzing workforce data.
  • Extensive experience using databases reporting systems advanced Excel spreadsheets power query and power pivots.
  • Proven skills in strategic research analysis problemsolving and initiative along with producing analytical performance reports for strategic decisionmaking.
  • Certificates relevant to data analytics such as Power Bi Tableau Excel (advanced courses) etc. are highly appreciated.
