Job Title: Sales Development Representative/Account Manager
Location: Remote from South Africa
Position Type: Fulltime
Salary: $1300 $1500 negotiable depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday EST

Job Overview

Are you a motivated professional with a knack for sales and client relationship management We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative/Account Manager to join our dynamic team!
This role involves managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and maintaining strong client relationships. If you excel at building relationships managing accounts and driving results this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls emails and social media to generate new leads .
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding their needs challenges and potential fit with our services .
  • Present tailored solutions to prospects and deliver sales pitches to move leads through the pipeline .
  • Build strong client relationships by addressing questions resolving concerns and maintaining regular communication .
  • Update and maintain accurate records of all activities opportunities and customer interactions in the CRM system .

Weekly Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement .
  • Follow up on potential deals to ensure a smooth closing process and maintain high client engagement .
  • Work closely with internal teams to align on client needs feedback and ongoing opportunities for growth .
  • Prepare and present sales reports and pipeline updates to management .
  • Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and new opportunities in the pest control industry .

Key Requirements

  • Excellent English proficiency; C1 level preferred .
  • Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM to maintain efficiency.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software.
  • Proven ability to manage the entire sales process including prospecting presenting negotiating and closing deals.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales business development or account management roles for USAbased companies.
  • Exceptional communication organizational and negotiation skills .
  • A proactive selfdriven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets .
