Job Description
Job Opportunity: Production Worker
Location: Preston
Pay: 11.44 per hour
We are currently seeking dedicated Production Workers for our client in Preston. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a keen eye for detail and a steady hand with the chance to progress in their career within a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assembling products with precision requiring nimble fingers for handling small components.
- Meeting production targets while ensuring quality standards are consistently upheld.
- Working as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area.
Requirements:
- Nimble fingers with excellent handeye coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on producing highquality work.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Previous production or assembly experience is advantageous but not essential.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 16:00
- Friday: 07:30 13:00
Starting wage: 11.44 per hour
Potential pay increase to 12.44 per hour after continued service.
Overtime available at the normal rate (voluntary no premium).
Full training provided with career progression opportunities available for the right candidates.
