HalfPrice is a chain of stores belonging to the CCC Group. It is an offprice concept that offers a wide range of products of wellknown brands at very attractive prices including clothing footwear cosmetics toys as well as home furnishings and accessories.
Development is our priority which is why we started this huge undertaking full of passion. The first 5 stores launched in May 2021 and today there are over 130 of them. We are present in Poland Austria the Czech Republic Slovenia Slovakia Croatia Romania Hungary Ukraine Latvia and Lithuania and now they arrive in Italy.

We are currently looking for people for the position of Store Manager at Miln.
Your scope of work:
- Full responsibility for managing all areas of the store (operational team processes).
- Achievement of set sales targets and other KPIs.
- Team management (recruitment motivation delegation evaluation training and development).
- Organization and planning of the teams working time.
- Responsibility for the inventory process and loss prevention area.
- Cooperation with sales support departments (Operations HR Marketing Security and Loss Prevention Department).
- Administration of store documentation (sales personnel financial).
- Responsibility for processing and displaying the product according to the standards.
Our expectations:
- Experience in a similar position in the Retail industry (at least 3 years).
- You must have a high level of english.
- Focus on sales results.
- Ability to analyze reports and recommend activities supporting business.
- Highly developed organization and planning skills.
- Ability to match the way of motivating engaging and developing to the team.
- Effective communication management and creating a culture of openness.
Nice to have:
- Experience in the fashion industry experience in running a shop with an area of min. 500 m2
