Make calls: Around 150200 calls per day. Contact existing customers and follow up on pending payments.
Resolve issues: Help customers with queries pertaining to their dues and resolve their issues.
Maintain records: Keep accurate records of interactions with customers. Follow code of conduct which will be briefed during the training.
Submit reports: Provide daily progress reports on feedbacks.
Discipline: Maintain punctuality discipline and follow company rules and regulations
