- Drive revenue growth across Bosch Home Experience Centres in Indonesia currently 4 locations with plans to expand.
- Ensure each Experience Centre operates as a premium showroom where Kitchen Retail partners can send customers for product demonstrations and consultations.
- Collaborate with Kitchen Retailers to facilitate seamless customer journeys ensuring customers can make informed choices at the Experience Centres and complete their purchases.
- Monitor performance metrics and sales data providing regular reports on revenue targets and improvement areas.
- Lead the expansion of Bosch Home Experience Centres across Indonesia growing from 4 to 30 locations within three years.
- Identify and secure partnerships with new and existing partners to support the hubandspoke model for retail outreach.
- Oversee all operational aspects of new centre openings including site selection partner onboarding and staff training.
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to enhance the instore experience making the Bosch Home Experience Centres a destination for immersive product exploration.
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute product demonstrations events and interactive sessions for potential customers and retail partners.
- Gather customer feedback from the Experience Centres and share insights with product marketing and retail teams to improve the overall Bosch customer experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Experience Centre partners building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure mutual success.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure a consistent brand message and customer experience across all Experience Centres.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in retail showroom management business development or related fields preferably within premium consumer electronics kitchen appliances premium furniture or similar industries.
- A background in interior design and architecture is an added bonus.
- Proven track record in revenue generation and achieving sales targets.
- Experience with expansion projects and scaling retail networks.
- Strong understanding of the customer journey and retail partnerships; familiarity with hubandspoke models in retail settings is an advantage.
- Excellent project management communication and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English to manage diverse partners and stakeholders.
