Job Description
Description of the job: CNC machine operator.
Objects and responsibilities:
- Rédiger la programming CNC pour les travaux assignés et réaliser l’usinage en autonomie Assurer the quality of the product according to the ISO/AS standards
- Effectuer des inspections periodiques
- Développer de new solutions for les process d’usinage complexe
- Guarantee the efficient functioning of the machine while respecting the norms of quality and the precision of the consignments of work and the hierarchical guidelines
- Réaliser et étiqueter les caisses de transport pour expédition des outillages et articles standards Suivre les procédures de sécurité standard
- Autres tâches assignées
Competencies
- Expérience d'exploitation de machines HAAS/Leadwell 3 / 5 axes Expérience de programming sur «WorkNC»
- Capacité à lire dessins et des modèles
Qualités recherchées: assidu responsable versatile organisé autonomous esprit d’équipe
Diplomas
Baccalaureate
Experience requirement
Connaissance and experience from 3 to 5 months in the Aeronautical or Automobile sector carried out by companies with ISO standards
Work Location: Villebret France.
