Job Description
What Youll Be Doing
- Handlining a high volume of inbound calls helping customers with their insurance needs.
- Use effective communication skills to build rapport and provide engaging customer experiences.
- Offer General insurance products Motor Home and CTP insurance as well as NRMA Roadside Assistance (On behalf of NRMA)
- Be flexible with hours to ensure were available when our customers need us.

- The base salary for this role is $55000 Super with the opportunity to earn incentives based on performance.
