Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible for the overall Environment Energy Occupational Health and Safety Complaint and Product stewardship
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Plans Develop & implements all activities related to Environment Energy Occupational Health and Safety Compliant Quality and Product stewardship program of the company & related to client.
- Promotes monitors and implementation QESH programs
- Implement QESHrelated orientation training & drills to employees & other parties.
- Implementation of the Companys crisis management plan including its periodic testing &review.
- Facilitates management audits & review of the Company and its subsidiaries/affiliates in relation to QESH management
- Action follows as ISO9001 ISO14001 ISO45001 ISO50001 and IATF16929 including the rules of company.
- Prepares audit reports
- Relates with government agencies for compliance with regulatory requirements (i.e. DENR EMB DOH BOC LLDA NWRB PPA etc.)
- Represents the company in the ESH network council.
- Working with Regional APEC operation team for QEHS related including meeting reports and KPI following the Company policies and direction.
- Develops the departments plans including budget &manpower requirements.
- Evaluates performance of subordinates & functions directly supervised.
Qualifications :
Education
Bachelors/ Masters Degree or Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Chemical) Engineering (Mechanical) Engineering (Civil) Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
