What you will be doing:
Supporting our Executive Chef and kitchen team to create memorable guest experiences Food preparation and cooking plating presentation Exposure working in a fast paced world class kitchen environment Breakfast lunch dinner service Buffet and Al a Carte
Kitchen maintenance and cleaning following food safety requirements
Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
Excellent environment for someone passionate about developing a long term career in cookery.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
Professional qualifications in Cookery or proven experience working in a busy professional kitchen environment Creative and passionate about food and customer service
Able to work in a highpressure environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
