POSITION: Fiduciary Paralegal
LOCATION: Minneapolis MN
WORK TYPE: FullTime
IN OFFICE REQUIREMENT: Hybrid: Work From Home 12 days/week

Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in preparing estate planning documents including wills powers of attorney health care directives and a variety of trusts.
  • Provide support with probate and trust administration processes.
  • Draft and electronically file probate pleadings accounting documents and other required forms.
  • Manage the collection valuation and distribution of estate assets.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Review enter and correct time charges to ensure timely and accurate billing.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 35 years of paralegal experience preferably in trusts and estates litigation or taxrelated matters.
  • Education: Paralegal degree/certificate or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and handle workplace stressors with poise.
  • Dedication to maintaining strict client confidentiality.
