Collaborate closely with the product manager and the business stakeholdersto define and
implement the presalesstrategy for the assigned CPaaS domain and industry vertical. Drive the
development of compelling value propositions and solution proposalsthat effectively communicate
the benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
Conduct thorough market research and analysisto identify new opportunities to drive the revenue
targets.
Work in close partnership with crossfunctional teams and partners including technical and CSD to
gain an indepth understanding of ourservice offerings differentiations and capabilities. Translate
the technical capabilities into tailored solutions that address clients unique requirements.
Conduct presentations and engage in strategic discussions with decision makers across all levels
showcasing our solutions value proposition and demonstrating how they align with the clients
business goals.
Oversee the creation and submission of detailed accurate and persuasive proposals and bids in
response to client RFPs/RFIs. Ensure that proposals effectively communicate our offeringsstrengths
and differentiation.
Responsible for the sustained customer success and growth of the wallet share in the assigned
domains and accounts.
