Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Sr. Support Analyst / Lead L2 with 2.1 to 5 years of experience. This role involves acting as an escalation point for complex issues ensuring production environment stability and resolving technical issues using strong problemsolving skills while following ITIL methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as an escalation point for complex technical/product issues.
Monitor production environments to prevent performance issues and application crashes.
Resolve support issues using technical expertise and creative solutions.
Apply ITIL processes for Change Incident and Problem Management.
Monitor night batches and ensure timely report delivery within SLAs.
Mentor junior colleagues and transfer technical knowledge.
Coordinate with Infrastructure teams during server upgrades and ensure application stability postupgrade.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies:
Proficient in SQL and Oracle.
Knowledge of Business Objects (desirable).
Understanding of Equity Derivatives Trade Life Cycle Futures and Options.
Strong problemsolving communication and mentoring skills.
Experience with ITIL processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
2.1 to 5 years of experience in a similar Level 2/3 support role.
Familiarity with ITIL methodologies and financial markets is a plus.
