Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Recruitment:
- Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract highquality therapy professionals.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards social media referrals networking events and other recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified therapy candidates.
Candidate Engagement:
- Screen resumes conduct initial phone interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
- Effectively communicate the benefits of working at MGA Homecare highlighting the company culture mission and career development opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Partner with the Therapy Leadership Team to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Collaborate with the onboarding and human resources teams to ensure a seamless candidatetoemployee transition.
- Utilize data to analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to meet hiring goals.
Compliance & Administration:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with all federal state and local hiring regulations.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience:
- High School Education Associates Degree preferred
- Previous Customer Service Experience
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment including familiarity with therapy professions and licensing requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Highly organized detailoriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to problemsolving and meeting goals.
