Job Description
- Collaborate with Product Owners/Managers to define requirements for functions or services across products understanding system architecture
- Drafting detailed requirements documentation for all aspects of the digital process including UX journeys product specifications working with SMEs and Project Managers
- Working with a range of project artifacts including BRDs FRDs process maps workflow diagrams data mapping spreadsheets etc to capture all detail necessary for the implementation of client builds
- Translate requirements into comprehensive Functional Specification Documents
- Work closely with the Development team to ensure a clear understanding and translation of requirements. Supporting developers during implementation and testing our newly built functionality
- Work in an Agile environment in a small team with a high degree of coordination and synchronization helping to constantly improve our processes and introduce new technologies
Qualifications :
- 35 years of relevant experience as a Business / Technical Analyst
- Excellent knowledge in the analysis of complex business needs
- Capacity to translate business needs into quality functional documents
- Being independent and proactive
- Knowledge of the different types of tools or models: CMS CRM ERP ecommerce databases (SQL & NoSQL) payment platforms DAM etc.
- Experience working in Agile
- Good knowledge of UML
- Skilled in documentation and tracking tools: Confluence Jira Miro Diagram software Swagger etc.
- Ability to configure SaaS (Software as a Service) packages and applications
