Position Title: Associate Professor

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Curriculum Delivery:
- Teach advanced MBA courses across specializations such as Finance Marketing Strategy Operations and Leadership.
- Develop and deliver innovative teaching methodologies including case studies simulations and experiential learning modules.
- Provide expertise in integrating technology and analytics into the curriculum.

Research and Scholarship:
- Lead research initiatives in key areas of business and management.
- Publish highquality research in toptier journals and present findings at global conferences.
- Mentor junior faculty and MBA students in their research pursuits.

Student Mentorship and Guidance:
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to MBA students.
- Supervise doctoral dissertations MBA projects and capstone initiatives.
- Assist students in preparing for competitive placements and entrepreneurial ventures.

Curriculum Development and Quality Assurance:
- Design and revise courses to align with industry trends and global best practices.
- Collaborate on program accreditation processes and ensure compliance with standards.
- Foster crossdisciplinary programs to enhance the learning experience.

Leadership and Institutional Contribution:
- Lead committees and initiatives related to academic policies conferences and workshops.
- Build strong partnerships with industry leaders and alumni to enhance the programs reach and impact.
- Represent the institution in academic and professional forums.
Qualifications:

Academic Requirements:
- Ph.D. in Business Administration Management or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification with a strong academic record.

Experience:
- A minimum of 5 8 years of teaching and research experience at the university level.
- Demonstrated track record of impactful research and publications.
- Industry experience in a leadership role is an added advantage.
