Job Description
Location: Manama Bahrain
Job Type: FullTime
Contract Duration: Minimum 2 Years
Job Summary
We are hiring skilled Field Support Technicians to provide onsite technical support for biometric devices and IT systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to biometric devices (e.g. fingerprint scanners cameras).
- Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ensure the continuous operation of biometric systems through onsite support.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and inventory.
- Provide timely responses to support requests to minimize downtime.
Qualifications :
Diploma or degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Certifications in hardware maintenance or relevant technical areas are a plus.
Additional Information :
Required Skills
- Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Familiarity with biometric devices and IT infrastructure.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Bahrain driving license and own vehicle required.
