Job Description
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support teachers in managing aftercare program for preK 4year old program
- Support students with the following:
- Engaging in enriching activities in 1:1 small group and whole group settings
- Supporting in managing outdoor play
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of classrooms ensuring the rooms are ready for the start of school the following day
- Support lead teacher with end of day closeout activities
- Support students with activities including bathroom support snack and rest
- Ensuring students are safe at all time during their time in school
- Time: Monday Thursday 3:305:30; Friday: 12:305:30
Qualifications :
QUALIFICATIONS
- Evidence of selfmotivation willingness to be a team player and has a strong sense of personal responsibility;
- Ideal candidates are hardworking urgent energetic and are willing to learn and adapt;
- Is extremely reflective and constantly wants to improve;
- is flexible and enjoys dealing with unpredictability;
- A strong candidate will possess strong organizational skills communication skills (particularly with children) and problem solving skills;
- Interest in performing a critical support role and the ability to excel in a fastpaced entrepreneurial resultsoriented environment;
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma; Passion for working with K12 students.

Compensation
Compensation for this role is $18 per hour.
