Salary: $86600$108245 (To commensurate with experience and consistent with UHN compensation policy)
Status: Temporary Full Time (contract until May 31 2026)

Position Summary
As a key member of the Corporate Finance team the Senior Business Analyst in Treasury is responsible for supporting a highlyskilled team in strategic planning and managing operations on wide range of banking investment debt insurance and general accounting functions to ensure UHN has appropriate cash flows to support operations safeguard assets and ensure compliance with debt covenants. Treasury also plays a lead strategic role in investment and financing matters.
Duties
- Responsible for supporting and implementing organizationwide treasury strategic initiatives cash and debt management risk management and longterm plans related to UHNs capital structure
- Maintain ongoing compliance with the organizations external borrowing requirements
- Coordinate support and/or lead the Treasury monthend yearend and budgeting/forecasting processes
- Provide ongoing support to new business operations and activities as they relate to treasury
- Providing sound and timely information to the management team to facilitate optimal decision making
- Support and/or lead the investment & debt reporting and reconciliation process
- Prepare journal entries and complete reconciliations as required
- Performing crossfunctional and/or other duties consistent with the job classification as assigned or requested
Qualifications :
- University Degree in Finance and/or Business Administration or equivalent program; MBA/CTP/CFA are an asset or relevant combination of education and experience
- At least seven (7) years of related experience in an accounting or treasury environment with exposure to analyzing and interpreting complex financial business data
- Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills required
- Demonstrated analytical and problemsolving skills including accurately performing detailed numerical computation using large amounts of data and delivering analysis for decision making
- Excellent organizational and time management skills required
- Demonstrated composure under pressure/stressful conditions and ability to meet multiple and competing deadlines
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- Ability to take initiative and exhibit positive leadership
