Overview:
Join our team as a Payroll Support Specialist with German language proficiency where youll play a vital role in managing payroll processes for our diverse workforce. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and expertise in handling payroll operations ensuring compliance and precision across multiple regions. Fluency in German paired with payroll expertise will be key assets in driving our teams success and harmonising payroll activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the team by managing payrollrelated inquiries and resolving issues.
- Address firstlevel support tickets and respond to employee queries through email phone and inperson communication.
- Escalate more complex concerns to higherlevel support when needed.
- Communicate clearly and promptly with employees to resolve concerns and prevent confusion.
- Take ownership of escalations and contribute to fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in German (C1 level) with strong verbal and written communication skills as well as proficiency in English.
- Strong negotiation skills and empathy with the ability to stay calm and focused on solutions during challenging situations.
- Customerfocused mindset always seeking the best possible solutions.
- Excellent logical thinking and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to work onsite and collaborate as part of a dedicated team.
