Position Description
We are looking for a proactive and flexible FP&A manager to join our Finance department and support thegrowth of our group improving our controlling reporting and forecasting processes.
As part of the Finance team the FP&A manager will work in close relation with Sales Demand PlanningMarketing and Operation executives as a business partner and plays a key role in setting up and improvingprocesses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
High level analyst who can provide insight to the top management as well as being handson onaccounting topics
Understanding anticipation and reporting of finance and business risks & opportunities
Build Financial models for actual and future projects
Monthly reports:
o Sales by product/brand region/state forecast
o Shipments and retail selling results forecast
o Profitability by customer/brands/markets
o Cost analysis forecasting and recommendation
o Simulation Financial models budget modelling and KPIs
o Comparisons vs previous year budget forecast plan
Prepare the budgets reforecast and 3year business plans including marketing costs by region
Operational stock control and insight: COGS analysis by product rotation stock reconciliation
New projects business plans: analysis and monitoring
Intercompany transaction reporting and transfer prices control
In collaboration with the accounting team ensures all areas of the Balance Sheet and Income statementare controlled each month
Gathering and analyzing the market and internal financial information
Automate processes and be a key user in new IT projects
Be part of new development projects
Essential Requirements:

Strong Communicator and can present financial information effectively
Strong Excel skills

Ability to work independently demonstrate initiative and exercise judgment
