Our Client is seeking for an experienced Course Coordinator who is able to manage student inquiries assisting with course applications and supporting marketing efforts.
Job Description:
- To attend to enquiries from students regarding Aesthetic Programs from multiple platform such as email
Whatsaap Facebook & Instagram and converting them to active students. - Regular and systematic follow up on student enquiries.
- Assist students with the course application process.
- Send payment links to students once their applications are complete.
- Update the student data in the Course Management System.
- Participate in the companys marketing activities to recruit students.
- Assist the company to ensure smooth operation.
Required experience skills & knowledge
Requirements:
- Diploma in mass communication or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in customer service and sales related field.
- Able to work flexibly and on selected weekends.
- Committed to replying to enquiries and achieving sales target.
- Good communication skills written and verbal.
- Matured disciplined and responsible in completing the task to detail.
- Knowledgeable in MICROSOFT OFFICE especially email system (Outlook) and basic computer usage.
