Job Description
Were looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX) to drive the development and management of innovative digital products across the ABAX Group. Since 2023 weve adopted the product operating model meaning youll be part of an empowered crossfunctional product team.

Responsibilities:
- User Experience (UX): Ensure a seamless and userfriendly product experience by working with UX/UI designers and engineering stakeholders.
- Conceptualize userfriendly designs based on knowledge and customercentric principles.
- Lead the creation of digital interfaces across platforms through design research and ideation.
- Capture and document design requirements including use cases and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with Product teams to conceptualize innovative features and ideas.
- Conduct user and usability testing on new and existing products.
- Develop and maintain the Design system for ABAX products.
- Create wireframes prototypes and other design assets to communicate concepts.
- Test and iterate designs for optimal intuitiveness and user experience.
- Define visual elements and product features in collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
We Believe You Have:
- Bachelors or masters degree in information security management computer science engineering or equivalent related discipline.
- Relevant experience as a Product Designer in growing and scaling new B2B cloud products
Nice to have:
- Practical experience from working with the product operating model being part of empowered product teams

- Remote Status:Hybrid Team members are required to be in the office at least two days per week.
