Were seeking a motivated and customerfocused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon Portugal. In this role youll be the front line of support for users of our cuttingedge GPS navigation tool and streaming platform. Youll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and make a real impact on the user experience.
What Youll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone email and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries and issues
- Identify and document bugs and other technical problems
- Stay uptodate on client policies and guidelines
- Analyze data and trends to improve the customer experience
What Youll Need:
- 12 months of customer support experience in a contact center environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of BPO KPIs including CSAT NPS and SLAs
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
- Fluency in French and English
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
