Job Description
This role is responsible for creating templates backgrounds and presentations incorporating information graphics charts metaphorical graphics and diagrams for highlevel clients. Primarily uses PowerPoint and secondly Adobe Creative Suite software. Presentations will range from RFPs to Companys pitches and any internal materials.
Responsibilities:
- Produce highquality pitch books presentations and client memoranda
- Import and revise graphics files as necessary
- Create and edit multipage/multisection documents using templates and style sheets for pitchbooks graphs charts presentations and other print/design projects
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality and a critical eye in terms of aesthetics
- Collaborate with team members on complex or special projects
- Maintain all job and production tracking data via a propriety RRD Tracking tool
- Coordinate workflow within the team including prioritizing jobs and delegating duties to associates
- Monitor workflow to ensure jobs are completed efficiently accurately and within deadlines
- Assess incoming requests selecting the best resources for successful completion
- Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information
- Train new employees on policies and procedures
- Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.
- Assist with monthly metrics and reporting
- May work with motion graphics and multimedia work
Qualifications :
- Excellent design sense and awareness of current design trends
- Capable of translating complex data in a visually compelling way
- Understands the importance of brand and can work within established standards
- Adaptability and willingness to pitch in where needed
- Ability to make independent decisions and use problemsolving skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced team environment
- Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Deadline management which includes managing wait times and turnaround times (TAT)
- Handle technical queries
- Bachelors degree in area of business or equivalent experience required
- At least 4 years of professional presentation or graphic design experience
- High proficiency knowledge of PowerPoint
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign)
- Knowledge of After Effects is a huge plus
- Experience with charting in excel
- Video editing and/or sound editing skills are a plus
- Knowledge of print design a plus
- Financial industry experience is a plus
Additional Information :
The national pay range for this role is $61600 to $101200 annually. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon but not limited to: education skills experience proficiency performance shift and location. In addition to base salary depending on the role the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus commission or incentive program.
