We are actively seeking a Native EnglishSpeaking Customer Advisor to join our remote team. If youre passionate about customer service have excellent English communication skills and are based in Northern Portugal (above Coimbra) this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Englishspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Handle customer inquiries issues and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through problemsolving and followups.
- Work in rotating shifts to ensure customer support is available at all times.
- Collaborate with your team to enhance the overall customer experience.
What Were Looking For:
- Nativelevel English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Intermediate Portuguese or Spanish is preferred for internal communication (B1/B2 level).
- Must be based in Northern Portugal (above Coimbra) to apply.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication problemsolving and multitasking skills.
- Availability to work in rotating shifts.
