About MyTravaly:
MyTravaly is a travel tech company dedicated to revolutionizing the hospitality industry by connecting hoteliers and travelers through a seamless online marketplace. We offer an advanced Property Management System (PMS) selfservice portals and multicurrency payment options to make hotel management and bookings effortless.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead MyTravaly s operations in Bangladesh. The CEO will be responsible for setting strategic direction driving business growth establishing key partnerships and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a leader with strong business acumen extensive experience in the travel and hospitality sector and a passion for scaling a technologydriven business.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the overall vision strategy and growth plans for MyTravaly Bangladesh.
Market Expansion: Drive expansion initiatives identify new opportunities and establish MyTravaly as a market leader in Bangladesh.
Business Development: Forge partnerships with hotels travel agencies and key stakeholders to enhance MyTravaly s presence.
Revenue & Profitability: Develop and implement revenuegenerating strategies to maximize profitability and sustainable growth.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations ensuring efficiency compliance with local regulations and superior customer experience.
Leadership & Team Building: Recruit mentor and lead a highperforming team to drive success and innovation.
Brand & Public Relations: Strengthen MyTravaly s brand positioning through strategic marketing PR campaigns and corporate communications.
Investor & Stakeholder Relations: Maintain strong relationships with investors board members and key business stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Master s degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
10 years of experience in executive leadership roles within the travel hospitality or technology industry.
Proven track record of scaling businesses and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
Excellent networking negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to evolving market needs.
Fluency in English and Bengali is required.
